Ethos Facilities Ltd are a successful family run Facilities Management company, servicing some of the most prestigious organisations in the UK.

 

We currently have over 750 employees across Scotland and the South East of England.

 

We like to think of ourselves as different from other FM companies, we have strong core values and business principles which drive everything we do. Our company focus is on building long term relationships with our customers with many of our contracts being with us for more than 20 years. We strongly believe we specialise in delivering the extra care and attention to detail that makes a real difference.

Timeline.

1997
Originally established as Commercial and Industrial Cleaning Services Ltd to service multiple locations throughout the West of Scotland.
1999
After 2 years of trading the company branched out into the South East and set up a small office in Central London.
2002
The company continues with steady growth primarily focused on soft services, we reach a milestone of 100 employees.
2005
The company continues its upward curve and opens a regional office in Essex and increases its employees to over 200.
2010
The company has been successful in tendering for a major prestigious contract and our steady growth continues.
2014
The company extends its range of services in the Soft Services Sector and is successful in retaining major contracts.
2016
The company rebrands as Ethos Facilities Ltd and further extends its range of services to include fabric maintenance.
2019
The company experiences rapid growth and provides a total FM solution of hard and soft services and reaches a milestone of 500 employees.
2022
The company expands and incorporates two new divisions Carbon Pathway Ltd & Ethos Fire Ltd and the company reaches 750 employees, self-delivering 80% of the services we provide.
